Personal Supports

The Office of Learner Affairs offers a variety of personal supports and services to learners. For more information, click on the services and supports listed below:

Personal counseling services for learners.

School absences in the MD Program and requesting a leave of absence in PGME.

Transferring between MD Program academies or PGME residency programs.

Submit an accommodation or accessibility request.

The Office of Learner Affairs (OLA) offers 30-minute Check Your Pulse (CYP) sessions to Health Professions learners.* CYP is a voluntary, brief, informal, and confidential meeting with a Learner Life Specialist (LLS) to introduce OLA’s services and check-in on learner wellness. These check-ins are reserved for learners who have yet to meet with an LLS. 

* Health Professions Learners eligible for CYP include: OSOT, MRS, PA, MD and PGME.

Breastfeeding rooms, study rooms, shuttles & support for events.
