Older Adult Medicine Rotation

This site has information and resources to help prepare OAM preceptors from Divisions of Family Medicine - Care of the Elderly, Internal Medicine - Geriatrics, and Geriatric Psychiatry to create an effective learning environment for this rotation.

Student Assessment

At the end of the clinical block, the preceptor will evaluate their learner(s) using the Clinical Assessment form and the Professional Assessment form on MedSIS.

The faculty development session, recording, and tutor manual were very helpful.  I felt well prepared going into it without prior experience, and I felt well supported at the session, with the just-in-time opportunity for coaching.
