The deadline to submit a nomination is December 14, 2026 at 11:59 pm.

• This form should be used to submit a nomination for the following awards:
  • Social Responsibility Award in Postgraduate Medical Education
  • The Sarita Verma Award for Advocacy & Mentorship in Postgraduate Medicine
  • Temerty Faculty of Medicine Awards for Excellence in Postgraduate Medical Education
  • Robert Sheppard Award for Health Equity and Social Justice
  • Awards for Excellence in Simulation-Based Medical Education
• Before preparing a nomination, review the award criteria and nomination requirements on the PGME Awards webpage.
• Once started, it is not possible to save your progress and return to the form later.
• You can preview the nomination form here.
• To avoid losing work in the event of technical issues, we recommend that you draft your responses in Word and paste them into the online form.
